For our (M2O) Made To Order products please allow 5 to 7 business days for your item(s) to be made before shipment. After production and your item(s) made, they will be packed ready for shipment. 

You will receive notification via email when your item(s) have been shipped.

Items will be shipped by standard postage and can take up to 10 to 12 business days

All (R2S) Ready To Ship products that are in stock will be dispatched from our Gold Coast (Australia) premises within 2-4 working days.
